Asparagus


Asparagus
English name: Asparagus                                               
Scientific name: Asparagus recemosus Wild
Useable parts: rhizome
Uses:
   1) A dose of 3-4 teaspoonfuls sap of undried root plus 250 mg milk and 1 teaspoonful of sugar taken twice a day reduces the physical weakness and produces milk hugely.

   2)  5-10 gm root powder taken 2-3 times a day for 20-30 days cures gonorrhea and spermaturia (emission semen with urine).                                         
3)    2-3 teaspoonfuls of sap of undried root taken 2-3 times a day for more than 10-15 days reduce dysuria (difficulty in urination).
4)  Root powder swallowed with hot water or its essence cures the burning sensation of urination after delivery. 
5)    Asparagus also cures haemorrhage (flow of blood out of vessels) and leucorrhea (secretion of whitish or milky mucus from the vagina of women).

Doses:
2-4 teaspoonfuls of root sap,
5-10 gm root powder,
Precaution: A long time dose may generate gas in the stomach.
